Madhav Grant Management is guided by the experience, values and strategic vision of our Founder & Mentor, Dr K K Goyal, M.Tech from IIT Khadagpur, author and one of India's experienced mentors in Entrepreneurship, MSME and Start-up development. After completing his M.Tech from IIT Kgp, Dr K K Goyal chose to dedicate his professional life to Entrepreneurship and MSME development. Following his selection through the UPSC, he joined the Ministry of SSI & ARI (now the Ministry of MSME), Govt of India, where he served for more than 35 years, combining practical experience in both Government policy formulation and policy implementation before retiring in May 2022. For Dr Goyal, entrepreneurship has never been merely a profession—it has been a lifelong mission. Throughout his journey, Dr Goyal has been driven by a simple but powerful belief: Many enterprises miss valuable opportunities not because they are ineligible, but because no one has reviewed their enterprise strategically. This philosophy continues to guide both Madhav Grant Management and his consultancy practice under GOYAL GYAN, where he helps entrepreneurs discover, maximise and realise eligible Government support, strengthen business decisions and unlock growth opportunities through structured enterprise reviews rather than scheme-driven consultancy. Dr Goyal has organised more than 800 entrepreneurship and management development programmes, mentoring thousands of aspiring and existing entrepreneurs. He has also authored three books on Entrepreneurship, Women Entrepreneurship, and Leadership & Team Building. His contributions to entrepreneurship education include curriculum development initiatives for CBSE, as well as academic associations with institutions such as NIOS and IGNOU. He currently also serves as Director (MSME & Start-ups) at the All India Forum of MSME (AIFOM) and has been associated with several leading institutions promoting innovation, incubation and entrepreneurship. Today, Dr K K Goyal continues his mission through Madhav Grant Management, GOYAL GYAN and AIFOM by helping entrepreneurs discover hidden opportunities, improve project viability, make informed strategic decisions and build stronger, more sustainable enterprises. Our Founder
Madhav Grant Management was founded by Mr. Nitin Agarwal, an experienced professional with over 25 years of expertise in financial services, regulatory compliance, legal documentation and business facilitation. Under the mentorship of Dr K K Goyal, he leads the organisation with a commitment to helping entrepreneurs navigate Government procedures with clarity, confidence and professionalism. Mr. Agarwal is also a Partner at Krishna Stock Management, where he has been advising entrepreneurs and businesses on financial services, stock market investments, mutual funds, corporate insurance and other financial solutions. His practical understanding of financial systems, documentation and regulatory requirements enables him to effectively bridge the gap between entrepreneurs and Government processes. A respected member of the Rotary movement, Mr. Agarwal has made significant contributions to Rotary literature by authoring several books, translating the Rotary Constitution and Bylaws into Hindi, and publishing the Rotary District Directory on two occasions.
