Madhav Grant Management was founded under the visionary guidance of our Founder & Mentor Dr K K Goyal with vast experience of 35+ years. After clearing UPSC he joined Ministry of SSI & ARI (now Ministry of MSME), Govt. of India. Continued dedicatedly for promotion and development of entrepreneurship and MSMEs & Start-ups. He nurtured his passion and retired as class I officer from the Ministry of MSME, in May-2022. Presently holding National Level position of Director (MSME and Start-ups) in All India Forum of MSME, running his own management consultancy firm as “GOYAL GYAN” to resolve the issues of entrepreneurs from MSME sector. He has organised 800+ training programmes for management and entrepreneurship development and promotion and has guided thousands of prospective and existing entrepreneurs for business development. He also has authored three books : first on Entrepreneurship: Successfully Launching New Ventures, second on Women Entrepreneurs and third book on Leadership Skills & Team Building. He has practical experience of monitoring and auditing of application of lean manufacturing tools and techniques in MSME. He is member of University Innovation, Incubation, and Entrepreneurship Council and Managing Committee of Central University, Jammu, Member of the Governing Council for Women Entrepreneurship Development Cell of Banasthali Vidhyapith, Rajasthan and member of the Institution’s Innovation Council to promote and support innovation and entrepreneurship in IGNOU.
